The Records Department is the repository and custodian of all files pertaining to AMOSUP members. And issues AMOSUP membership cards for the members and their dependents.

The AMOSUP Records Department is the repository and custodian of the files of AMOSUP Members.
Records Department also issues AMOSUP cards for the members and dependents which is necessary for transactions with different AMOSUP operating units
If you have boarded a vessel covered by an AMOSUP Collective Bargaining Agreement you are an AMOSUP member and you are entitled to the benefits provided in the CBA covering your contract of employment.
Records Department Services are located at the following:
MANILA – AMOSUP Records Section, G/F SEN’IN NO IE (Seafarer House) Building – Monday to Friday, 8am to12pm / 1pm to 3pm
CEBU – Sailors Home Building / Provident Fund Office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (no noon break)
ILOILO – Seamen’s Hospital Records Section, Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm / 1pm to 3pm
DAVAO – JSU Building, IT Department Office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm / 1pm to 5pm, Saturday, 8am to 12pm
AMOSUP Records Department and Services
If you have boarded a vessel covered by an AMOSUP Collective Bargaining Agreement you are an AMOSUP member and you are entitled to the benefits provided

As an AMOSUP member, please be reminded to fill up an AMOSUP Membership Form and acquire your AMOSUP membership card from the Records Department at the
following locations:
- If you’re in MANILA – AMOSUP Records Section, G/F SEN’IN NO IE (Seafarer
House) Building – Monday to Friday, 8am to12pm / 1pm to 3pm - If you’re in CEBU – Sailors Home Building / Provident Fund Office, Monday to
Friday, 8am to 4pm (no noon break) - If you’re in ILOILO – Seamen’s Hospital Records Section, Monday to Friday, 8am
to 12pm / 1pm to 3pm - If you’re in DAVAO – JSU Building, IT Department Office, Monday to Friday, 8am
to 12pm / 1pm to 5pm, Saturday, 8am to 12pm
You, as wells as your dependents, may avail of the union benefits, in accordance with the provisions of the CBA covering your contract of employment.
You and your dependents are entitled to these union benefits from the day you board a vessel covered by an AMOSUP CBA and until six months from the day you have
disembarked the AMOSUP covered vessel.
The AMOSUP Membership Card/ID and Dependents Card/ID is necessary in transacting with different AMOSUP operating units such as the AMOSUP Seamen’s Hospital, Sailors Home, Maritime library, Slop Chest, Recreation Hall, Seaman’s Center, Seaman’s Village, Training Center and Provident Fund.
