- Thanksgiving Mass at 10:00 AM
- FREE LUNCH (10:30 AM to 11:30 AM) and early DINNER (4:30 PM to 5:30 PM)
- Booth Games
- Hourly raffle draws will be done from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM
- Major Prizes will be given to AMOSUP members
- Presence of the winner is necessary to claim prizes
- Please bring your AMOSUP ID or government issued identification cards to claim your prizes

- Gate opens at 5:30 PM
- NO TICKET, NO ENTRY
- FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE , FREE SEATING
- Open to all AMOSUP Members, Dependents, Maritime Students and Partners and Industry Stakeholders
- PM Snacks (6:30 PM to 9:00 PM)
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Arena
- EXCITING PRIZES AWAIT ALL (Presence of the winner is necessary to claim prizes.) Please bring your AMOSUP ID or government issued identification cards to claim your prizes

- Bringing of children below 7 years old is discouraged

- Pre registration is required (register through Manning Agencies or AMOSUP)
- Required attire is white shirt
- Certificate of Participation will be given to participants by AMOSUP (to be coursed through the Manning Agencies)
- Special Prizes will be raffled for the participants only
- Assembly time : 1:00 pm (distribution of shirt, bandana and ID lace)
